One of the protagonists of Milan’s bombastic success over Perth Glory (9-0), in the last friendly of the Asian tour, was Christian Comotto, a young talent from Milan’s youth ranks, who scored the 4-0 goal with a spoon on a penalty he himself had scored.

Born April 25, 2008 and son of art – his father Gianluca was a defender for Torino and Fiorentina, his mother Marianna Mecacci is a sports manager – he grew up in an environment where soccer is at home. After shining in the youth ranks, he made his mark in the Rossoneri’s Primavera team, even earning a call-up with Italy’s Under-17 team.

A modern and versatile midfielder, Comotto can act both in front of the defense and in a more advanced position. His technical qualities and vision of the game make him a natural director, capable of verticalizing with precision and reading situations in advance, and who does not lack personality and cold-bloodedness.

In the last season with the Rossoneri jersey he collected 29 appearances in Primavera 1 with 4 goals and 1 assist, as well as 6 matches in the UEFA Youth League, in which he provided an assist. With the Under-17 Azzurra he collected 8 appearances, also participating in the final phase of the European Championship in his category.

Comotto has a contract with AC Milan valid until June 30, 2027. However, considering the’abundance of midfielders in Massimiliano Allegri’s squad, the Rossoneri club has a verbal agreement with Spezia to send its young promise on loan to Liguria.
