Pecco Bagnaia in crisis, Alex Barros takes it out on Ducati

The’former MotoGp rider Alex Barros in an interview with the Spanish media PecinoGP spoke about the difficult moment that Pecco Bagnaia is going through, who is unable to oppose the unleashed teammate Marc Marquez, leader of the World Championship and set to win his ninth career title.
The’former Brazilian centaur pointed the finger at Ducati’s management of the riders: “As far as the management of the riders has not changed, they don’t know how to manage them. I have lived there and I know how they work, they have burned so many riders before. If you look at the last 20 years, you see how many have failed there”.
“It is not the fault of the brand, but the method of those who lead the project– continued Barros -. I don’t know if they are really trying to help Pecco or if they give him importance. Bagnaia is a great rider, among the best available on the market, he is not my favorite, but he is a top rider, the same level as Jorge Martin“.
“Someone like him has to be helped, and if you leave him there alone he will go on like that all season. If the bike does not improve next year and stays as it is, the result will be the same, Bagnaia will continue to slide back and then he will want to leave”.
