Ducati, Jorge Lorenzo ruthless on Pecco Bagnaia: "This is the reality of things"

Jorge Lorenzo commented unabashedly on the MotoGP World Championship in an interview with Motosprint, dwelling on the’huge gap between Marc Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia. The long-awaited duel between the two was not there, and the Catalan is on his way to his ninth world title: “Regardless of his feelings riding the GP25, Bagnaia has seen the reality of things, which is that Marc Marquez is a phenomenon”.

“He got on the Ducati with less experience than him and was immediately faster: he is one of those centaurs who come to MotoGP every 10 or 15 years and belong to the category of Valentino Rossi, Casey Stoner or Jorge Lorenzo”.

Lorenzo gives Bagnaia credit for “never giving up, he is convinced of his talent and speed”.

On Jorge Martin and the’Aprilia: “When he signed for Aprilia he wasn&#8217t completely convinced, he needed to understand if he really would have a chance to fight for the title again. I think everything could have been handled differently”.
