Torino: Baroni plays all the forwards in debut with Modena

Monday evening, at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino (whistle d’start at 21.15), is scheduled Torino-Modena, a match valid for the first round of the Coppa Italia. Great expectations to see all’work the new Toro now in the hands of Baroni.
In particular, there is curiosity to understand the real offensive potential of the new Granata team. For several years, Toro had not had such a quality attack. Now it is up to the field to say whether the market choices made were the right ones.
Baroni seems determined to give space to every striker he currently has available. Barring unforeseen circumstances, it should be Adams who starts in the likely initial 4-2-3-1. Then, at the start of the second half, it should be the turn of Simeone, the big hit of the’summer.
The’former Napoli man, arriving less than two weeks ago, has an exaggerated desire to play and prove he’s the right man for this Torino team. In the finale, Baroni will also try to give some minutes to Zapata who, having forgotten the injury, is now ready to start doing what he knows how to do again: score. In short, Granata fans will be able to enjoy all the offensive options Baroni can count on this season, which, at least from the point of view of goals, should provide important satisfactions (last year, Torino scored “only” 39 goals in the league (less than half of Inter, the best attack in the tournament with 79 goals).
