Italvolley, Damiano Tommasi pops up during training

Today the Men’s National Team, which trained in front of as many as 2,500 spectators, received an institutional visit from the mayor of the city of Verona, Damiano Tommasi.
As is well known, in fact, Giannelli and his teammates are in collegiate in Verona where they are continuing their preparation for the World Championships scheduled in the Philippines from September 12 to 28.
Today’s training session was open-door and the competent Verona audience responded in attendance: in fact, De Giorgi“s boys were overwhelmed” by the affection of the Venetian city that has hosted numerous international competitions in the past and has been a protagonist in Superleague for years.
