Ligue 1 2025-2026: Psg-Angers, the probable formations

Paris Saint-Germain goes hunting for its third consecutive victory in as many official matches. After lifting the European Super Cup and overcoming Nantes in their Ligue 1 debut, Luis Enrique’s team faces at the Parc des Princes an Angers side in confidence but forced to deal with some heavy absences.

PSPG comes up with the starters: in attack, space for Dembélé and Kvaratskhelia, with Desire Doué ready to move between the lines. In the middle of the field, spotlight on Vitinha, already decisive this early in the season.

The precedents tell of a one-sided challenge: from 2016 to the present, the Parisians have won all the last 18 confrontations. The last cross was last April, also in Paris, decided by a goal of Doué’s own. Angers, however, is coming off a convincing debut success against Paris FC and has no intention of playing the designated victim.
