Mayor attacks cyclists: "They enter the cemetery only to wash, yell and insult". Fines on the way

In the Lecco area there is a mayor, his name is Matteo Rosa, who wants to fine cyclists and to that end has created an ordinance that leaves no room for interpretation.
“They enter with bicycles in groups of five or six people – he assured Corriere della Sera -They go to the drinking fountain, then to the bathroom. They litter, they yell, they respond rudely to those who point out to them that they are in a place of worship. Insults, swearing.
“After months of noise and subsequent complaints from citizens, the measure was now full: I had to intervene with an ordinance. Those who do not respect it risk a fine from a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 500 euros” added the first citizen of Sirtori, not even 3,000 inhabitants.
“I had to put up the signs and ask the local police officers to man the gates,” Rosa concluded. “And all this just to enforce rules that I consider basic good manners. But who can think of rinsing between graves? Yet it happens: enough is enough”.
