Ferrari, heavy self-criticism of Charles Leclerc

Charles Leclerc, sixth just ahead of Lewis Hamilton in qualifying for the Dutch Grand Prix at the Zandvoort circuit, vented to the microphones of Sky Sports.
“This track definitely highlights our flaws but I can’t accept that I was bad today. Since the beginning of the weekend I have always struggled, I have not found solutions but that is no excuse for the fact that in Q3 I did not have a good lap. I was not good enough”.
“Today was really bad. I think we could have reached the fourth position, but I was not good enough. If we do everything perfectly tomorrow and the others do something less, we can get a good result but it will be difficult to make a difference. Last year we were perfect during the race, let’s see tomorrow but this weekend I think the two McLarens won’t even see them, then there’s Red Bull that seems to be going strong and then everyone else”.
This year Leclerc has one second and four third places and in Hungary, in the last Grand Prix held a month ago, he was fourth after starting from pole position.
