Alexander Bublik deserves Jannik Sinner and jokes between service and schedules

Alexander Bublik on the night won a five-set, nearly four-hour marathon match with Tommy Paul, thus reaching the second week at the Us Open for the first time
.
“I don’t know how my serve is working so well either. What I do know is that I will probably suffer at least a couple of breaks against Sinner” joked the Kazakh who never lost his serve.
“I am playing well and honestly some risks on serve I’ve taken. But I said to myself, let’s hope this is not the first time I lose it… Another shot that has been working very well looking at the stats is the drop shot and after all, this too, like the serve, is an integral part of my tennis. It is working very well even though at the beginning of the match I did not feel so comfortable on the court.”
“With Sinner it will be tough, very tough. I have not yet been able to beat him over the five-set distance, but I will try to recover as best I can after this match and we will see what happens. I will try to take my chances, hoping not to play at 11 a.m.…”.
