Charles Leclerc called the Dutch Grand Prix weekend at the Zandvoort circuit “hell” but hopes to redeem himself next weekend, the weekend of Ferrari’s home race, the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.

Always far behind in free practice and sixth in qualifying, during today’s race after a super overtaking move on Russell Leclerc was rammed by Antonelli. Here are the words of the Monegasque at the end of the race.

“This weekend was hell, from free practice to the race. Beyond that, things were better in the race, but in terms of performance, driving was very complicated. You had to be ultra aggressive, which I did with George at the start and a second time always with him, because we were unlucky with the Ssfety car”.

“In any case, nothing changes. Antonelli’s was not a rookie mistake. I don&#8217t want to go into too much detail, but trying to overtake on the inside of turn three is a little bit’on the limit. Of course, on this track you have to be aggressive. I can&#8217t wait to get back on track in Monza, there&#8217s always a lot of positive energy there and we will need it after this weekend. It is not enough to win but it helps”.
