MotoGp, Marco Bezzecchi dreams of the 'trip' to Marc Marquez: the Romagnolo sounds the charge

Reduced from a brilliant phase of the season that has taken him to fourth place in the MotoGp World Championship standings, Marco Bezzecchi sounds the charge ahead of the Catalan Grand Prix, dreaming on his Aprilia a ‘tripping’ to Marc Marquez, ruler so far of the championship, right at the home of the number 93 of Ducati.
“I am very happy to go to Barcelona, it is a track I like a lot – said ‘Bez’ a few days before the Catalan appointment, number 15 of the 2025 season -. Plus the circuit is always full of people and fans, which gives me even more charge. Above all, I really want to get back in the saddle. We will try, as always, to give our best”.
Bezzecchi, in the last five race weekends, has always managed to get at least a top three finish in the race or in the Sprint, and in Holland he managed to get a double podium. In the last GP run so far, the one in Hungary, he finished in seventh place in the Saturday race, finishing instead in third place in the long race.
The rider from Romagna is in his first season in Aprilia after his years in Ducati, in the VR46 team. With the bike from the Noale-based manufacturer, ‘Bez’ has experienced a difficult period of adaptation, unlocking himself, however, in the Silverstone race, in which he returned to success in MotoGp for the first time since the 2023 season’India Grand Prix. In the overall standings, he is the first of the non-duathlon riders, in fourth position overall.
