Monza, the new president is Lauren Crampsie
Monza has announced that the company’s shareholders’ meeting held on Monday appointed the club’s new board of directors.
The new board of directors consists of: Lauren Crampsie, who was appointed president of AC Monza; Mauro Baldissoni; Brandon Gabriel Berger; Kirk Galiani; Rocco Strazzella; Gianluca Iuliano; and Fabrizio Ferrara.
The new board of directors is composed of the following members.
Subsequently, the new board of directors met, which appointed Mauro Baldissoni as CEO.
The same meeting also appointed the new board of statutory auditors in the persons of: Valeria Conti, Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors; Daniela Di Rienzo, Acting Auditor; Alessandra Passarelli, Acting Auditor; Manuela Patrizi, Alternate Auditor; Giulio Cerquozzi, Alternate Auditor.
