Paola Egonu returns to the gym with her teammates

We are one week away from the start of the Tigotà Serie A1 championship and Numia Vero Volley Milan is ready to kick off this week of work. After the two days that saw the girls of coach Lavarini engaged in the Courmayeur Cup – closed in fourth place – Egonu and companions are preparing to return to the gym to better prepare the first official commitment of the calendar.
There were many indications obtained in the Aosta Valley tournament, as well as positive points to start from. The Milanese lineup – which takes the court with the full roster – will be busy this week between sessions in the weight room and technique, with the aim of finding the right tuning between the components of the team. Indeed, the Serie A1 championship is just around the corner, which will see the Rosablu make their debut in front of the home crowd at the Opiquad Arena in Monza in the Lombard derby against Bergamo, scheduled for Monday, October 6 at 8:30 p.m. For captain Egonu and her teammates, therefore, an intense week lies ahead, to be faced with the right charge and enthusiasm for the upcoming start of the season.
