Stefano Sensi has a new team

A new adventure for Stefano Sensi who will try to boost his career in Cyprus. The 1995-born midfielder, with a past between Inter, Sassuolo, Sampdoria and Cesena, has reached an agreement with Anorthosis Famagusta after being released following the end of his contract with Monza, which was relegated to Serie B last June.
Attempted to arrive in Cyprus on Sunday, September 28 with his agent Tommaso Inzaghi, the Italian player has already undergone the ritual medical examinations with the Cypriot club, which will officially announce his signing in the coming hours.
Anorthosis is currently penultimate in the standings with only 2 points after 5 matches and is fresh from the very heavy home defeat (0-5) against Omonia Nicosia. Sensi will make himself available to coach Temur Ketsbaia, a talented former Georgia player also seen at work in England with Newcastle and Wolverhampton.
Between 2018 and 2022 Sensi collected nine appearances for the Italian senior national team, scoring three goals, with Liechtenstein, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Lithuania.
