After the disappointing Singapore GP, yet another missed opportunity to make sense of an uphill season, Lewis Hamilton took to Instagram to try to charge the team ahead of the last six World Championship GPs.

The seven-time World Champion, who has never been on the podium with Ferrari (only won the Sprint in China), still believes in the possibility of doing something right: “The media headlines only explain one part of the story, the one where things don…t go right and we don…t get the results we hoped for; However, what I have been focusing on in recent months is the’other part of the story. The one about how this team reacts when something goes wrong. About how we get back up and start again”, some significant words from his long post.

Lewis Hamilton, after thanking everyone for their great support at a complicated time for him (the death of his dog Roscoe, sent a message of hope to the’entire team: “Now we go back to the factory, learn from this’last race and plan for the next one”.

Also on his official profile, he also posted a video to respond, ironically, to Fernando Alonso’s accusations. The Spaniard attacked him for turning without brakes on the’last lap of the Singapore GP (the Briton was later penalized). In the video there’s an actor who repeats, several times, “I can…” and has, as a time reference, the year 2007 when Lewis Hamilton and Fernando Alonso were teammates at McLaren and fought for a long time for the World Championship, later won by Kimi Raikkonen.
