Lautaro Martinez, bad news ahead of big match with Roma

An unwelcome setback for Christian Chivu and Inter: upon his return from the national team break, Lautaro Martínez will be back available a day late.

The friendly match between Argentina and Puerto Rico, initially scheduled for Monday, Oct. 13, at Soldier Field in Chicago, has in fact been postponed by 24 hours for security reasons and will be played on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Chase Stadium in Miami.

The change in schedule will force the Albiceleste striker to alter his travel plans, resulting in a postponed return to Italy and reduced preparation ahead of the resumption of the championship.

In fact, Inter will be awaited on Saturday, Oct. 18, by a key challenge at the Stadio Olimpico against Roma, current league leaders along with Napoli after six matches.
