Juventus market: forgotten striker will leave in January

Juventus wants to resolve once and for all the situation of Arkadiusz Milik, a true outsider in Igor Tudor’s team. Arriving in 2022 from Marseille, the player suffered a serious knee injury at the start of his third season in Turin and has not been seen on the pitch since.
Milik has not played for more than 500 days, and according to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Bianconeri want to address the problem once and for all also because of budgetary issues. The Polish forward, who has a contract until 2027, is currently still out due to a muscle problem.
Juventus expanded its attack in the summer and a future for the’former Napoli player under the Mole is to be ruled out: at the Continassa they are hoping for a loan deal in January, or they will aim for a contract termination agreement.
Milik, who had been approached by a number of Turkish and Saudi clubs in recent months, had reached an agreement with Juve last spring to extend his contract until 2027, spreading his €2.8 million-a-year salary.
