Barcelona and Girona face off in an all-Catalan match, scheduled for Saturday with kickoff set for 4:15 p.m. and valid for the ninth day of the Spanish La Liga. Match of great importance for the Blaugrana, who are coming off a sound defeat in Seville (their first of the season in the league) and cannot afford to lose any more points to top-ranked Real Madrid. Especially since they will receive at the Estadio Olimpico a team on the upswing, which has not lost in three games and in the last round picked up its first win of the year against Valencia.

Flick toward a trident with his Barcelona side, which should take the field with Rashford at the center of the attack, supported by Torres and Raphinha. In midfield de Jong and Lopez with Pedri, four-man defense with Koundé and Martin on the side lanes. In the center Garcia and Araujo defending Szczesny’s goal.

Michel’s Girona is also expected to play with the three-man attack, which will be Roca and Gil on either side of center forward Vanat. Witsel and Solis at the heart of the maneuver, with Moreno on the right full-back and Rincon on the opposite side on the left lane. In front of goalkeeper Gazzaniga a three-man defense consisting of Reis, Blind and Martinez.
