Roma market, a solution pops up to solve problems in attack

Roma has a fixed thought, and his name is Arnaud Kalimuendo. The opportunity, sniffed with timing, already looks to January: in fact, in Trigoria they are reasoning about the profile of the 23-year-old French center forward, author of 33 goals in the last two seasons at Rennes before his summer transfer to Nottingham Forest.
In the Premier League, however, Kalimuendo’s physical strength and verve have yet to take root: five league appearances, none as a starter, zero goals and just 136 total minutes (plus 26 in the Europa League). Data that clearly tell the current condition of a player relegated to the sidelines.
Paid 30 million by Forest, Kalimuendo was unapproachable for Italian clubs last summer, including Roma and Milan. But the situation has now changed. The feeling with the English environment has not blossomed and the January window could be the turning point.
The Giallorossi do not have enough budget to come up with an outright offer, but they can count on a more sustainable formula: six-month loan with a right of redemption. A deal that, if successful, would benefit both parties: Roma, which would get an immediate reinforcement, and Nottingham, which would avoid the devaluation of a player bound until 2030.
