Injured while kicking penalty, Kevin De Bruyne leaves Napoli-Inter

Tegola per Antonio Conte: the coach had to replace Kevin De Bruyne in the 37th minute of the match between Napoli and Inter Milan. The Belgian was injured while kicking the penalty, later realized, awarded by referee Mariani. Mathías Olivera took his place.

Much controversy from Inter fans over the penalty kick whistled after Mkhitaryan fouled Giovanni Di Lorenzo. The full-back was landed in the Inter area by the Armenian, but, according to the Nerazzurri people, the foul was the Napoli player&#8217s own.

Mkhitaryan, moreover, was also injured on the occasion and Cristian Chivu was forced to replace him with the big ex of the match, Piotr Zielinski. Both teams therefore had to make a forced change in the first 45 minutes.
