New disappointment for Pecco Bagnaia, who failed to finish the MotoGP Malaysian Grand Prix due to a puncture. After the race to Sky Sports the Ducati rider analyzed what happened this way: “I punctured on lap 12 and then gradually the tire behind lost pressure. I honestly thought I couldn’t handle the tire well, because suddenly I had little grip and it was getting worse too quickly. Unfortunately these are the races, it can happen”.

“We did a good job, but we couldn–t close it out in the best way,– continued the Piedmontese centaur, who did not comment on his growth.

Let&#8217s see how the next race will go: this weekend was positive for several situations, we will try to continue the work done. Is it’s the right way? I don&#8217t want to take it too far, we will see in Portimao”.

Bagnaia dedicated a thought to Rueda and Dettwiler, protagonists of a bad crash and both hospitalized: “A thought goes out to Rueda and Dettwiler who are definitely not having a good time. It must be said that it was a big scare. Especially to think that Moto3 kids have to leave for a 10-lap Sprint race after seeing a crash like that is not the best of situations in my opinion”.
