Three matches played at 6:30 p.m. for the ninth day of the top flight, and three were won by teams playing in front of friendly crowds.

Juventus, coming off a string of unsatisfactory results and having exonerated Igor Tudor to make way for Luciano Spalletti, hosted Udinese with Massimo Brambilla on the bench.

Piemontesi immediately took the lead with a penalty kick won and converted by Dusan Vlahovic, again the subject of market rumors, but at the end of the half came the equalizer by Nicolò Zaniolo. In the second half Federico Gatti’s header was decisive, then Kenan Yildiz sealed the 3-1 penalty.

Home success also for Roma, which broke through in the second half against Parma and made the full spoils its own thanks to goals scored by Mario Hermoso, with a header, and newcomer Artem Dovbyk, with the Ukrainian being able to return to celebration. Circati halves the margin for the Ducals: 2-1 the final.

At home Como also wins and does so against Verona. The first half at Sinigaglia ended in a draw (Douvikas was answered by Serdar) but in the second half came the goals of Posch and then, in full recovery, of Vojvoda.
