Serie A 2025-2026: Como-Hellas Verona, the likely lineups
Although with a few too many draws in the last month, Cesc Fabregas’s Como continue to dream in Serie A and in the ninth round match, scheduled for Wednesday night at the ‘Sinigaglia’, they play for a chance to stay glued to the Europa zone. On the other side, however, there will be a Hellas Verona eager to get its first league win, following up its two draws with Pisa and Cagliari.
At almost full ranks (the only unavailable players are Dossena and Sergi Roberto), Como is ready to confirm the lineup with Douvikas as central reference in attack, supported on the three-quarter by Nicolas Kühn, Nico Paz and Jesus Rodriguez. Defensively, in front of Butez, will be center-backs Ramon and Kempf, with Posch and Valle on the flanks. Da Cunha and Perrone in the median.
As for Hellas, however, Paolo Zanetti will not be able to count on the injured Suslov, Oyegoke, Al-Musrati and Unai Nuñez. In the five-man midfield there will be room for Gagliardini and Akpa Akpro, with Belghali on the right and Frese on the left. In attack Gift Orban is looking for confirmation after the goal scored against Cagliari, next to him will be Amin Sarr.
