After the peremptory 4-0 win against Avellino in an away match, Spezia is looking for its first league victory at the ‘Picco’ where this year it smiled (after penalties) only in the Coppa Italia against Sampdoria in August: facing the newly promoted Padova, which has collected 12 points in its first nine matches and has just come from two consecutive useful results, the win against Catanzaro and the draw with Juve Stabia.

Luca D’Angelo’s lineup aims to put the difficulties of the beginning of the season behind them once and for all.

In the Abruzzo coach’s 3-5-2, there will be Lapadula and Soleri in attack, while on the flanks Vignali and Aurelio will occupy the left and right lanes respectively. In defense, in front of goalkeeper Sarr, a three-man line with Wisniewski, Hristov and Mateju.

On the other hand, the Biancoscudati coach Matteo Andreoletti will certainly have to do without Piscopo, who was injured against Juve Stabia, and will not yet be able to count on Papu Gomez, stopped by a muscle trouble. The Euganean club is also expected to use a five-man midfield with Ghiglione on the right, Barreca on the left and Harder in the role of director. Up front, there is space for Lasagna and Bortolussi.

Probable lineups
