Fiorentina market, rejected a candidate: the names of the papabili

After the not painless and far from consensual separation with Stefano Pioli, Fiorentina is looking for the coach who will have to give a turn to a season that started with the Parma coach stymied by Massimiliano Allegri because he did not see the violets from qualifying for the next Champions League and continued much worse.

In pole position for the succession of the former ‘on-fire’ was Roberto D’Aversa, but the name did not convince in the slightest the demanding lily square, which remarked on the recent relegations suffered by the teams led by the German-born coach.

Discarded the hypothesis linked to the former coach of Lecce and Empoli has resumed the candidacy of Paolo Vanoli, who last season was at the helm of Torino in Serie A. In Serie A, last year, there was Alessandro Nesta, who was relegated with a Monza that was taken from him and returned to him in the current season: the Lazio man, at the moment, represents the main alternative to Vanoli.

The group, meanwhile, has been entrusted on an interim basis to Daniele Galloppa, coach of the purple Primavera team, who will lead it in Mainz, in the Conference League and who, should no square be found on Pioli’s succession, will also go on the bench in Genoa next Sunday in a challenge that it would be euphemistic to call ‘delicate’.
