Milan market, a new idea for the attack pops up

In all likelihood, the Milan management will intervene in the January market to give Massimiliano Allegri a new bomber: Santiago Gimenez does not fit into the Livorno coach’s plans and Christopher Nkunku has so far scored just 1 goal.
Of the various hypotheses, one has popped up that leads to Niclas Füllkrug, now with West Ham. Despite having landed in England a year and a half ago, the German center forward seems not yet to have settled in to the Premier League, and his attorney in a recent interview did not rule out a January transfer.
Füllkrug wants to find goals and a smile again: a transfer seems to be the best option for him right now. Already in the summer of 2024 he was close to a move to Italy, then West Ham got ahead of the competition and snapped him up for 27 million euros.
Füllkrug has been in the running for a while.
So far with the Hammers he has scored just 3 goals in 27 appearances: a far lower goal average than he had in the Borussia Dortmund shirt.
Niclas Füllkrug is not Milan’s only idea: Alexander Sørloth of Atletico Madrid also likes him a lot. The problem, here, is the English competition: the Diavolo is willing to sign him on loan with a buy-back option, from the Premier League, on the other hand, they immediately offer an outright purchase, an alternative much more welcome by the Colchoneros.
