Spezia, Luca D’Angelo pays for all. Roberto Donadoni arrives

Luca D’Angelo is no longer the coach of Spezia: the Ligurian club has announced that it has entrusted the position of coach in charge of the first team to Roberto Donadoni, who has signed a contract with the via Melara club until June 30, 2026.
“I am very grateful to Luca D’Angelo for all the work he and his staff have done here at La Spezia, and I would like to emphasize this, because the great emotions experienced last season are still inside each of us– the words of Spezia Calcio’Owner, Thomas Roberts – Today, however, we have to deal with a diametrically opposite situation, and after careful and prolonged evaluations, we have decided on a change in the technical leadership of the club”.
“I therefore intend to personally welcome Roberto Donadoni, a coach who certainly needs no introduction, and I look forward to working with him both on the field and more broadly, in all our football operations. We are confident that thanks to the considerable knowledge he has gained throughout his important career he can be an added value to the future of Spezia Calcio” added the’entrepreneur.
In the last round of the championship, the Eagles lost on the field of Monza: the decisive goal was scored by Ravanelli, who took full advantage of a gigantic duck by Sarr.
