In front of their home crowd, coach Massimo Eccheli’s boys will take the court determined to snatch their second success of the season. Four are the previous records between the two teams that tell of two victories each. The match will be directed by referees Rocco Brancati and Massimiliano Giardini.

Facing Vero Volleyball will be an opponent that also comes from a four-set loss, suffered on the court of Cucine Lube Civitanova. Cisterna currently has two points in the standings, the result of the tie-break win over Grottazzolina on the third day of the championship. Players such as setter Filippo Lanza, in Monza in the 2020-2021 season, and Fabian Plak, brother of Celeste, a player for Numia Vero Volley Milano, are part of the roster.
