Carlos Alcaraz insulted upon returning to hotel, ugly incident in Turin

An ugly episode for Carlos Alcaraz: on his return to his hotel in Turin, in fact, the world number 1 was insulted by some Italian boys who shouted “Scemo” as heard in a video circulating on social.

All this despite the fact that the rivalry with Jannik Sinner is strong but absolutely only sporting, with the two making it clear that they are good friends.

“Jannik is really a nice person, he has nice people around him. It’s a great thing to have time off the court to talk not only about tennis but also about life” said the Spaniard at the press conference.

Once we get on the court we have goals and we want to do our best to win, but when we put down the racket we are the same people as before and I think this is a healthy thing and it is also great for the sport”.
