Atp Finals, Jannik Sinner beats Carlos Alcaraz and confirms himself as king of Turin

Jannik Sinner beats Carlos Alcaraz and confirms himself as king of Turin: the South Tyrolean overcame his great rival after a very tough battle. 7-6 7-5 was the final score of the challenge.
The first set lasted a full one’hour and nineteen minutes: Carlos Alcaraz played great but Jannik Sinner was not deterred and had more coolness in the decisive moments.
In the second set, too, the two outfielders faced each other no holds barred. Sinner made more mistakes than usual but Alcaraz did not take advantage of them and in the last points he also displayed some nervousness with his staff.
Great fear during the first set: on the score of 2-1 for Carlos Alcaraz the match was suspended because a fan felt ill. The man, probably due to the heat, collapsed and the medical staff immediately intervened to check his condition. After a few minutes the’man got up and the challenge resumed.
Before the Turin final, Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz had faced each other five times this year not counting the Six Kings Slam: four wins by Carlos and one by Jannik at Wimbledon. In total, there were 16 matches between the two (including Turin), with 10 wins by Alcaraz and 6 by Sinner.
