Inter on alert for Hakan Calhanoglu injury

Hakan Calhanoglu will not play Turkey’s match against Spain due to a physical problem: according to reports coming out of the Turkish gathering, the Inter Milan midfielder felt soreness in his right wrist during the match against Bulgaria and will not be in the game.
The Turks are now sure of second place in the qualifying round for the 2026 World Cup in North America, and head coach Vincenzo Montella did not want to risk the player, who will immediately return to Milan for appropriate medical examinations with the Nerazzurri club.
The apprehension of the Biscione fans is growing: next Sunday the derby against AC Milan is scheduled, and Calhanoglu is an indispensable part of Cristian Chivu’s team.
