VR46, Di Giannantonio warns Ducati: "Aprilia superior"
Ducati VR46 team centaur Fabio Di Giannantonio analyzed his Valencia Grand Prix, which ended in third place: “It’s great to finish on the podium but we lacked something. I had a good start today, but at the beginning the Aprilia had more, they could close the line better and had a better pace. So I had to immediately go to plan B, which was to try to save the rear tire and then come back up in the final”.
The balance of 2025: “We have to be super happy: it was not an easy season. Doing my first double podium plus front row in MotoGP is a great way to end the season. I think I am a better rider than in previous years, and this is definitely a great achievement. I’m happy, we really gave it our all this season.”
On the G25: “This year our bike has been a bit of a drag during the year and it has been very difficult to be consistent, also because our rivals are working, it’s not like they don’t stand still”.
