Sky Sport

The big clubs of Europe will continue to play on Sky and NOW until 2031. Sky has also acquired for the four-year period 2027/2031 the exclusive rights to broadcast 184 of the 203 matches per season of the UEFA Champions League and all 342 matches per season of the UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League on all platforms.

The UEFA Champions League, which in the new formula has increased the spectacle with more matches, more teams and more champions, will remain on Sky and NOW until 2031, then for another four years, adding to the current season and the 2026-2027 season.

“We are really proud to be the main partner of UEFA and to be able to offer exclusively to our subscribers until 2031 the great matches of the European competitions,” – comments Andrea Duilio, managing director of Sky Italia. “The renewal of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Conference League confirms our full commitment to make the House of Sport’s sports offer unique and to guarantee our customers the best possible experience.”

It will continue to be played 11 out of 12 months, with as many as 36 teams participating in the final round, all in a single group. Sky will exclusively broadcast 184 of 203 UEFA Champions League matches including the Playoffs, 189 UEFA Europa League matches and 153 UEFA Conference League matches, also through Diretta Gol, including the three finals, for a total of 526 matches, plus the UEFA Super Cup. Sky Sport will thus continue to report goals and exploits of Italian teams and the other big clubs in Europe, with the usual quality, great editorial storytelling and the best technologies.
