Naples market, there're those who are ready to make madness for Scott McTominay

Great protagonist of Scotland’s return to the World Cup for the first time since 1998, Scott McTominay is increasingly tickling the Premier League fancy, with three clubs, as reported by ‘TeamTalk’, reportedly ready to make madness for the midfielder that the partenopei had picked up just from an English club, Manchester United, in 2024.
Arsenal and Tottenham are the clubs that are seriously considering putting up the figures demanded by Napoli, which is not willing to let go ‘McFratm’, as he is now fondly called by the Azzurri fans, for less than 80 million. Also in the window is ’Everton, which, however, would prioritize other market interventions, especially to shore up the attack.
In the meantime, however, McTominay is enjoying a magical moment: he is the charismatic leader of his national team and in Italy he has won over both Napoli fans and most of the insiders, as evidenced also by his award as MVP of the 2024-2025 season, a year in which the Scot contributed with goals and assists to Napoli’s fourth Scudetto win.
The possibility of a return to the Premier League is not unfeasible, however, given the economic capabilities of the clubs that make up the English top flight. Although an attempt for January is not totally to be ruled out, it is more likely that Gunners and Spurs will attempt the assault in the summer soccer market session, at the conclusion of the season.
