Jannik Sinner-Carlos Alcaraz: Jim Courier has figured out who will be the third wheel

L’former world number one Jim Courier at Tennis Channel microphones identified who will be the tennis player able to challenge the Jannik Sinner-Carlos Alcaraz duopoly that has formed over the past two years.
“My money is on Jack Draper. If he is as healthy as he was in Indian Wells, he can compete with the best. His left-handed serve is formidable, his forehand is explosive, he just needs to be in top form”, Courier explained.
The Englishman had to stop in the’last part of the year because of a bone problem: “I haven’t seen much of him lately, but from some podcasts I’ve listened to, it sounds like he’ll be back soon and ready to do some training sessions during the off-season to resume competition. We will see if he can make it”.
Courier, on the other hand, rejected Ben Shelton: “We don“t know, but maybe he’s not ready to make the final jump”.
