In 2017/18 he wears Verona’s jersey, and then spends two years in Mantua where he definitely explodes: he travels in double-figure averages, becomes one of the Stings’ offensive references and shows off with 16.6-point playoffs and 43% from three. In March 2025 he terminated his contract with the Black Vs and flew to Spain, to Coviran Granada in Liga ACB, where he finished with a 9-point average in ten games. Finally, in August 2025, he joins Breogán Lugo, with whom he plays preseason and Supercup.
Visconti’s path with the national team is just as rich: he wore the blue in all youth categories, earning a fifth-place finish at the Under-16 European Championship in Riga in 2014, bronze at the 2016 Under-18 European Championship and silver at the 2017 Under-19 World Championship in Egypt. He also boasts four appearances with the senior national team in his career. Now Riccardo Visconti is ready for a new adventure in Sardinia, to the satisfaction of Mauro Sartori, Dinamo Banco di Sardegna’s sporting director: “Riccardo has made himself appreciated during his experiences, both in Italy and in Spain last year. He is a shooter on offloads and from the dribble, he brings energy on both ends of the court and, even defensively, he always knows where to position himself. He is smart, helps with rebounding, runs well and can be a very good team player. He does not back down when there is a need to raise the level of competitiveness on the court. His clean face also hides a combativeness that will do us a lot of good, both in the game and in our weekly work. We are happy to have him with us”.
