There&#8217s one franchise that is dominating this early NBA season. It is OKC, which, after winning the NBA title, is confirming that it has all the cards to attempt the back-to-back. After 19 games played, the Thunder have won 18 games, thus losing only once.

Oklahoma is only the fifth franchise in all of NBA history to start a regular season with an 18-1 record. What’s more, OKC is sweeping all opponents: +16.5 points off every Thunder win.

Gilgeous-Alexander, the reigning MVP, is traveling at breakneck averages and, watch out, Wiliams is about to return. The Thunder’s second fiddle has been out since the end of last season. He underwent surgery on his right wrist in July while, on Oct. 31, having a screw removed.

Now, after many weeks of watching his teammates play, he is ready to return to the court. Last season, Williams established himself as one of the NBA’s best players, averaging 21.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game. He was one of two players to be named to both the All-NBA and All-Defense Teams, along with Cleveland&#8217s Mobley. In short, his return will enhance, further, OKC&#8217s talent.
