Juventus market, eyes on Manchester United’s outgoing champion

Clearly, the Juventus management is always working to identify possible market opportunities and has its eyes on Manchester United’s Kobbie Mainoo. The footballer is finding very little space under Ruben Amorim and would like to leave England to play with more continuity and to establish himself permanently at a high level. This season he has collected just 261 minutes between the EFL Cup and the Premier League: Amorim is clearly not betting on him and it is very clear that he wants to get rid of him as soon as possible, perhaps as early as the winter soccer session starting in a few weeks.

On the trail of Kobbie Mainoo there&#8217s also Napoli, which sought him last summer but then failed to place the decisive lunge. The English champion seems to particularly like the Campania destination given the redemption obtained by Rasmus Hojlund and Scott McTominay in a Neapolitan shirt. Mainoo hopes to go the same route as his two former teammates but there is a need to clarify the transfer modalities: Manchester United would prefer to sell Mainoo on a dry loan, Napoli and Juventus are more oriented toward a temporary transfer with a redemption option at the end of the season.

The club is also looking for a new player.

In spite of the fact that he is playing very little, the Manchester United management believes very much in the young midfielder’s potential and would not like to risk losing him at the end of the season.

On the other hand, however, Mainoo is not at all satisfied with the treatment Ruben Amorim is giving him and sees no future in Manchester. In the coming weeks, according to English media, there will be a meeting between the Red Devils management and the player’s entourage, from there the situation will be better understood and Napoli and Juventus can then work accordingly. Currently, according to Transfermarkt, the value of Kobbie Mainoo is 45 million euros.

Juventus is also working to reinforce the defense and in the past few hours the Sergio Ramos hypothesis has popped up. The experienced Spanish defender has been released by Monterrey but has no intention of hanging up his boots and wants to try one last European experience before saying goodbye to soccer. The Bianconeri management is evaluating various aspects including the physical integrity of the’former Real Madrid leader since he will turn 40 in March. Also watch out for AC Milan: the Rossoneri could sign Sergio Ramos (who has never hidden a particular esteem for the Rossoneri club) to bring a large dose of experience to the backline.
