Premier League 2025-2026: Tottenham-Liverpool, the likely lineups

The seventeenth round of the Premier League will face two biggies in great difficulty: Tottenham and Liverpool. Spurs are 12th in the standings, the Reds seventh after a terrible start to the season.
Thomas Frank’s lineup has a chance to move within -1 of Liverpool and has a lot at stake against Palhinha and co. There will be Vicario defending the posts, in front of him four-man defense with Porro and Spence on the flanks, Romero and Van de Ven in the middle. Palhinha and Bergvall will play in the median to take away defensive duties from the Kudus-Xavi Simons-Kolo Muani trident, who will act in support of the offensive reference Richarlison.
The team will be in the middle.
Arne Slot seems to have fixed something in his Liverpool: after a very complicated start to the season, the Reds seem to have fixed something. The ultimate cure is still far off but there is a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel.
To defend the posts will be Alisson, helped by Bradley, Konate, Van Dijk and Kerkez. In front of them Mac Allistere Gravenberch, chance for Federico Chiesa in the three-quarter with Jones and Wirtz. Another rejection for Isak, in his place Ekitike.
