Move forward for the queen deal of the 2026 winter market session: the transfer of Davide Frattesi from Inter Milan to Juventus. The Bianconeri are accelerating for the Nerazzurri midfielder, and important news on January&#8217s hottest deal could be coming soon. Unlocking the situation could be a second name: that of Tarik Muharemovic, a Sassuolo defender in the sights of Marotta and Inter executives for the winter market. The perfect fit will be needed.

Sassuolo is willing to sell the player to Inter for 25 million euros, reports Sportmediaset: the sum will go 50 percent to Juventus, the former owner of the defensive center back&#8217s card. With that money, the Bianconeri could meet Inter’s €30 million demand for Frattesi. The national team midfielder can&#8217t find space in Chivu&#8217s Nerazzurri and is also looking for a revival ahead of the 2026 World Cup play-offs, which he definitely doesn&#8217t want to miss.

Frattesi is behind in the pecking order, overtaken by Sucic and Zielinski, and is looking around for a new team in January. Juventus is looking for reinforcements in that role and Luciano Spalletti appreciates him, given his constant employment when he was coach of the national team. If the deal with Muharemovic does not go through, Juventus will try to pick up the player on an interest-only loan with a buy-back obligation in case he qualifies for the next Champions League. Frattesi is pushing for an’understanding, the next few days will be decisive.

Juventus will soon have a new sporting director: he is Marco Ottolini, who left Genoa last Oct. 31 after more than three years with the Rossoblù in which he helped bring the Ligurian club back to Serie A immediately. According to reports from Sky Sport, the Bianconeri club has already reached a verbal agreement with the 45-year-old executive from Gardone Val Trompia, who will complete the Old Lady’s organizational chart after the arrival of technical director François Modesto.

For the Lombard ds, it would be a return to Juventus, but in a completely different role: Ottolini had served as observer and loan area manager during his time at Juventus, contributing to the development of Juventus Next Gen, from 2018 to 2022.
