The match will put up for grabs another three valuable points to move up the standings.
Coach Lavarini’s lineup currently sits in fourth place with 34 points.
The Megabox Tigers are also coming from a positive trend, and in front of the home crowd they will try to extend the streak of consecutive victories.
The first leg match had seen Numia triumph 3-1 thanks to a masterful performance by Fersino in the second line.

Juliette Gelin, libero Numia Vero Volleyball Milan: “I can’t wait to get on the court for this match".
There could also be room for those who have played less.

Lavarini might give a starting jersey to some reserve while Paola Egonu might rest ahead of the big match in Conegliano.

This will be the third confrontation of the season between the two teams, which have won once each: the last direct confrontation dates back to Nov. 5, 2025, when the Panthers won in the first round of the Tigotà Serie A1 with a score of 3-1. Against Conegliano, Milan will have a chance to react: after the lackluster performance that earned the loss against Vallefoglia, Numia Vero Volleyball will take the court to regain its level of play. Santarelli’s lineup, on the other hand, arrives at the big match with the three points earned by virtue of the clear victory over the tailback San Giovanni in Marignano. An important challenge then for the rosablu, with a success that would boost morale and give precious points to climb the standings and stay in the wake of the top positions.

The match, live on Rai Sport and on VBTV, will feature as many as six former players (five in the ranks of Numia and only one for l’Imoco) on the court, the same number as the World Champions – Danesi, Sartori, Egonu, Fersino for Milan and the yellow-blue Fahr and De Gennaro – who are preparing to light up the atmosphere of the Allianz Cloud by bringing volleyball of the highest level to the taraflex.

The following are the words of Stefano Lavarini, coach of Numia Vero Volley Milano: “In the first three days of the second half we showed ups and downs that cost us important points in the race to make up ground on the teams ahead of us. Conegliano is an opponent of absolute value and represents even more of an incentive to react with character to the defeat in Vallefoglia”.

First place in the standings and 16 wins out of 16 matches played for the reigning Italian Champions of Prosecco Doc. A season with a double face for the Panthers, with excellent results in the championship and two heavy defeats in the challenges that put the first trophies of the year up for grabs. Fresh off their success with a round 3-0 win over freshman San Giovanni, Coach Santarelli&#8217s girls arrive at the Allianz Cloud for their third confrontation of the season with Milan.
