Sky’s House of Sport is ready to take to the slopes of Milan Cortina 2026 with special editorial coverage made up of news, commentary, highlights, studies and in-depth coverage for the Winter Olympic Games: starting Friday, Feb. 6, and running through Sunday, Feb. 22, continuous updates on all competitions and dedicated in-depth editions on Sky Sport 24 and streaming on NOW. Every day – at 10 a.m., 3:30 p.m., 7 p.m. and 12 p.m. – four extensive in-depth segments within the newscast called “Casa Italia” will be produced in an all-new studio. A special live coverage that extends to the competition venues, to stay up-to-date and experience the atmosphere of the Games daily with the quality of Sky Sport.

Sky Sport will ensure continuous in-depth coverage throughout the Olympic days, thanks to the great team of journalists and talent committed to tell the spectacle of the Winter Games. The 4 editions of “Casa Italia” will be hosted by Eleonora Cottarelli and Fabio Tavelli, who will welcome in the studio each day for analysis and commentary the big names of Sky Sport, including Giovanni Bruno, Guido Meda, Carlo Vanzini, Francesco Pierantozzi, Pietro Nicolodi, Nicola Roggero, Danilo Freri.

There is also a great new addition to Sky Sport’s team for the 2026 Olympic Games, it is Franco Bragagna, a beloved and unmistakable voice, for the first time on Sky with his great expertise and experience on the subject of the Olympics and winter sports. With his commentary and analysis, Bragagna will be among the stars of the Sky Sport studios for the duration of the competitions.

A team of high-profile and experienced talent will also be in the field: Marta Bassino, winner of two world titles, seven World Cup races and a specialty Cup in giant slalom in 2021, who would have been a star in Cortina without the injury that stranded her in the Olympic year; Giorgio Rocca, winner of 11 World Cup races and a specialty World Cup in specialty slalom; Marco Albarello, five Olympic medals in cross-country skiing, including gold in the relay in Lillehammer in 1994; Daniele Ferrazza, national team member of the Olympic curling team in 2018 in South Korea; Lorenzo Magri, technical and choreographic figure skating coach; and all the other signatures of the Sky Sport editorial staff.

A coverage that from Sky’s studios will extend to all the competition venues, where Sky Sport’s signatures will be ready to provide real time news for the entire day: the Triennale in Milan will be manned by Francesco Pierantozzi and Francesca Piantanida, while in Cortina in Galleria Farsetti there will be Alessandro Acton. In Livigno, from Aquagranda, links with Federica Lodi, while Riccardo Re, Valentina Fass, Federica Frola, Niccolò Omini and Dody Nicolussi will be sent to the competition fields and Olympic venues.

Great coverage also on the skysport.it website, with a liveblog of the competitions from 8 a.m. until midnight, real-time results, reports, videos, interviews and photo galleries, as well as coverage of the opening and closing ceremonies. Also, the special appointment with “Gold, Silver and Bronze: Franco Bragagna’s Podium”: analysis of the Olympic day and presentation of the one about to begin, available from the early hours of the morning in a vodcast version on skysport.it and Sky Sport’s YouTube channel, and in a podcast version on all platforms. All the stories and analysis from journalists and talent will also be provided by Sky Sport Insider, the premium space on the Sky Sport website, where the “Sottozero” column will be the place for the most curious stories from the Winter Olympics. Super coverage will also be provided on Sky Sport’s official social channels: real-time comments from the talent, interviews from Sky Sport 24 and updates from the Casa Italia studios in Livigno and Milan.
