Super Bowl LX was won by the Seahawks. At Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the Seattle franchise dominated from the first to the’last minute, imposing itself on the New England Patriots with a dry 29-13. The Seahawks thus avenge the Super Bowl lost in 2015 to the Patriots themselves. Huge test of the Seattle defense that literally crushed the Patriots’offense that thus missed the opportunity to win the seventh title in their history.

Surprisingly, the Super Bowl 2026 MVP title was won by Kenneth Walker III. The Seattle all-star shined with an impressive 135 yards rushing on 27 plays, adding 26 yards receiving, becoming the first running back to win the Super Bowl MVP award since Denver’s Terrell Davis in Super Bowl XXXII (1998). “We went through a lot of adversity this season, but we stuck together and united” the MVP’s words in the post match.

Applause also for Sam Darnold who, after experiencing seasons truly on the fringes of the NFL world, led Seattle to victory. The Seahawks QB threw for 202 yards, with even a TD on the score sheet. After throwing as many as 14 interceptions during the regular season, he did not throw a single one during the playoffs. “It’s unbelievable, you know, everything that’s happened in my career. To win with this team, well I wouldn&#8217t trade it for anything else. Our defense, I can only praise our defense, our special teams” the words of Sam Darnold himself.

Great show in the’Half Time show with Bad Bunny taking center stage. The rapper made the world dance (as he had promised on the eve of the show) with many of his hit songs, having several guest stars such as Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin accompany him in the performance.

The rapper was a big hit.

Thus ends a decidedly spectacular NFL season. Seattle takes home, deservedly, the Super Bowl and returns to celebrate after a full 12 years. Its first success, in fact, dates back to Super Bowl XLVIII when it got the better of the Denver Broncos. For Seattle, it is time to return to toast.
