Considering Hiroki Ito’s many injuries and Kim Min-jae’s willingness to change teams to play with more continuity, it is clear that Bayern Munich needs a new central defender to replenish the department. Max Eberl, in close contact with Vincent Kompany, has long been looking for the right profile to improve the team and several names have been evaluated.

At the top of the Bavarian club&#8217s list is Luka Vuskovic, among the biggest revelations of this Bundesliga. The young Croatian star is shining with the Hamburg jersey and it is no mystery that Bayern Munich is interested in acquiring him, proof of which is the fact that Vincent Kompany several weeks ago spoke nice words for Vuskovic. The defender&#8217s badge belongs to Tottenham, which would like to keep him, but rumors from England are clear.

According to reports in the English media, Luka Vuskovic has no intention of playing for Tottenham and believes that another team is better for his path. The young Croatian has never hidden his appreciation for the German league, and the chances of seeing him in a Bayern Munich shirt from next season are growing rapidly. However, it will be necessary to understand Spurs’ valuation: so far there has been talk of around 50 million euros, but if the champion really expresses his desire not to wear the Tottenham jersey, the club would be forced to lower its demands in order to sell him.

In early February, Croatian legend Ivan Rakitic spoke this way about Vuskovic’s possible move to Bavaria: “All European soccer is talking about him right now – said the former Barcelona star to Sky -. Bayern Munich has to take another step forward and I think it is the best option for the boy. It is incredibly nice to see such a young boy revolutionize the world of soccer in this way. He and his family are working very well and in a gradual way, certainly this has helped him”.
