Bologna wins in Cremona

Bologna brings home an important victory in Cremona without getting distracted by thoughts of the Europa League. At the Zini it ends 2-1 for the Rossoblù, who put Cremonese in extreme difficulty in terms of salvation.
In the match that opens Serie A’s Easter Sunday, the Emiliani dominate the first half: after just a quarter of an hour they are already ahead by two goals thanks to Joao Mario and Rowe. Bologna also came close to the third with Castro and especially Moro, who hit the crossbar on a free kick in the final.
In the second half, Italiano’s team lowered the pace and managed the lead, while Cremonese, trying to take advantage of a triple change made by Giampaolo at halftime, tried to push without, however, finding space. The goal that reopened the game came only in the 91st minute, on a penalty kick converted by Bonazzoli.
In the final there was also tension, with one expulsion on each side: out went Maleh and Ferguson. The result, however, does not change: Bologna wins 2-1, rising to 45 points, while Cremonese remains stuck at 27.
