Juventus market, Bremer’s replacement chosen

There is also Kim Min-jae, a pillar of champion Napoli under Luciano Spalletti, among the “ambitious market” targets of Juventus led by ad Damien Comolli. At the Continassa, there is no talk of revolution, but of targeted interventions to increase the quality and personality of the roster: from the idea Alisson Becker between the posts to the attack, with at least one graft per department.

In defense, the Bianconeri are back on an old target: precisely Kim, protagonist of the 2023 Scudetto. The South Korean central represents the big dream in case of the transfer of Gleison Bremer, who is increasingly followed by Premier League clubs. The idea of reuniting the Bayern defender with Spalletti is fascinating and perfectly in line with Comolli’s vision. There is no concrete negotiation yet, but the first inquiries have already been started, despite the economic difficulties mainly related to a very high salary.

After three seasons in the Bundesliga, Kim is reportedly considering a change of scenery, complicit with a lower-than-expected employment (only 10 season games as a starter for all 90 minutes). Bayern is willing to listen to offers and Juventus has entered the race ahead of the summer, waiting to see both the outcome of Champions League qualification and the evolution of the situation related to Bremer. The goal is to be ready: should a big man leave, a replacement equal to the task will be needed. And the Korean is among the few profiles capable of picking up his legacy in terms of experience, knowledge of the league and harmony with Spalletti.

The idea of the Bianconeri club would be to bring Kim initially on loan, a sort of bridging solution in case of the Brazilian’s transfer, for which offers between 40 and 50 million plus bonuses could arrive from England. An eventual departure would guarantee an important, if painful, capital gain. The main obstacle, however, remains the salary: at Bayern Kim he exceeds 10 million annually with bonuses, a figure outside Juventus’ new parameters. However, his contract until 2028 and strong ties with Spalletti could help Comolli build a sustainable deal.
