Milan market, Allegri dictates demands to stay: 3 high-level strikes identified

Massimiliano Allegri met with Milan executives on Thursday morning to determine the demands for his stay at the Rossoneri club next season as well. The coach from Livorno spoke with CEO Giorgio Furlani and sporting director Igli Tare and also discussed strategies to raise the level of the squad in the 2026/27 season. Sky reports.
To continue the project started a year ago, the coach asks for concrete guarantees, in particular 4-5 reinforcements of depth, at least 3 of the highest level, capable of immediately raising the technical and character level of the team. The priorities indicated by Allegri essentially concern three key roles. Certainties rather than bets are needed, especially in defense, midfield and attack, to be placed side by side with already established elements.
For the backroom, the Diavolo’s eyes have been on Mario Gila for some time. The agreement with the Lazio player now seems close and Milan is ready to negotiate with Lotito for a sum around 20-25 million, considering his contract expires in 2027. Alternatives on the table include Real Madrid’s Victor Valdepenas (for the future) and Udinese’s Kristensen.
In midfield Allegri wants a profile of experience and charisma: everything points to Leon Goretzka. The German national is out on a zero-parameter deal from Bayern Munich: a complete player, capable of acting as a halfback or in the midfield, perfect to complete a top trio with Modric and Rabiot. The contacts with his entourage are frequent, with the aim of anticipating the competition (Arsenal in primis), although it will be necessary to find an agreement on the salary.
In attack, the Tuscan coach wants a 9 ready to use and able to be decisive right away with goals and presence. The names on the table are several: Moise Kean, Dusan Vlahovic (who could break free in June) and Robert Lewandowski.
