Nenad Jakovljevic nevertheless congratulates Trieste.

Coach Nenad Jakovljevic commented with satisfaction on the success achieved against Trieste, emphasizing the solid performance offered by his team throughout the forty minutes. “We managed it from the beginning to the end, even if we did it worse at certain moments than others. I am very happy with the aggressiveness and energy we managed to put on the court. What remains to be taken care of are the small details in shooting that then cause the defensive non-transition.”
The coach then highlighted the collective value of the victory, calling it an important signal in the team’s growth path. “I think this game is a very good signal because it is a team victory. We are a work in progress. The thing that certainly makes me happy is that in these days we had several trainings to prepare both the team and the game, in order to play at our best against certain opponents.”
Jakovljevic finally remarked on the quality of the opponent, giving additional weight to the result won: “Trieste has tough, athletic players who can shoot very well from three points.”
