Serie A, Champions race: in five for three spots, the schedule

The Scudetto has already been arithmetically awarded to Inter, but Serie A is still experiencing a heated sprint to win a place in the next Champions League. The results of the 35th day smiled in no small part on Roma, the only one to win among the five contenders still in the running to play in next year’s top European competition. Below is the schedule of the teams between second and sixth place: three will go to the Champions League, one will surely go to the Europa League while for the fates of the sixth-place finisher we will first have to wait for the Coppa Italia final, since one of the two finalists, Lazio, is out of the Europa zone via the league.

In the remote case of an absolute tie in all criteria, a draw will be made in the presence of delegates of the clubs concerned.
