MotoGP Qualifying Mugello: Bezzecchi on pole, Aprilia dominance. Then Marc Marquez

Dominance of Aprilia in the official qualifying of the Italian Grand Prix at Mugello. After a more complicated Friday, the house of Noale is back in front of everyone, conquering the entire front row: Marco Bezzecchi hit the pole position stopping the clock on 1:43.921, a new track record for the Rimini rider, leader of the MotoGP World Championship.

With him in front of everyone is Raul Fernandez, of the satellite Aprilia team, and teammate Jorge Martin arrived third at three tenths from Bezzecchi. The second row is all Ducati: Marc Marquez is the best of the Borgo Panigale riders. Just back from injury, the Catalan rider is not 100 percent due to his right shoulder but confirmed his strength by coming within a few thousandths of Martin’s third place. Fifth place for Fermin Aldeguer, the only rider from the Gresini team this weekend (Alex Marquez out due to injury), then Pecco Bagnaia, the other centaur from the official Ducati team, more than half a second behind Bezzecchi.

In the third row Fabio Di Giannantonio: the rider from Valentino Rossi’s team, the best on Friday, was unable to repeat himself on Saturday morning. With him a surprising Diogo Moreira (Honda ) and his teammate at VR46 Franco Morbidelli. Tenth place for Pedro Acosta, ahead of Enea Bastianini and Alex Rins.
